Relay point delivery is only available for orders under €200.
All delivery dates are given as an indication but remain estimates.
During periods of high demand (such as the holiday season) or in exceptional circumstances, these deadlines may be extended.

If there is a delay or problem with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate with the carrier and provide you with a new estimated delivery date.
If your package is lost or damaged, a suitable solution will be offered to you based on the results of the investigation.

Please carefully check the delivery address entered when ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address. Any additional costs related to reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to track the progress of your package on the carrier's website.

This can happen in two cases:
- The selected relay point was no longer available at the time of dispatch (full, closed or temporarily deactivated).
- A recent update by our logistics partner has led to a temporary discrepancy between the relay points proposed at the time of ordering and those actually active.
In these situations, your parcel is automatically redirected to the nearest available relay point. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as it is delivered.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or logistical constraints. In this case, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
